So… another crazy alien hybrid or experiment like Wren, I’d guess.
And I do mean crazy! Ambush-attacks an armored van and springs the prisoners all by himself, before delivering them to the nearest underground neighborhood watch? All in a day’s work, eh? And not even wearing a vigilant mask. Tsk… youth these days.
And not in such good health either. Are those symptoms of withdrawals perhaps? Substance abuse? Or is that delayed onset adrenaline overdose?
