I’m curious about where these States are located. I know much of the US of A and other areas of the western hemisphere were sent hurtling into the Atlantic, on “the day that the earth stood still”, so where would these new States be found on a globe? (One of ours, not a new one)
Also, did the oceans keep moving, when the earth stopped? If so, daaang! Surf’s up!

Well, the plan was to have “The States” located in Australia. Then I forgot to orient the cars on the correct side, and now I’m just like… I’m not going to confirm or deny where it is. :B Suffice to say, this is the southern hemisphere!

Cool. Left side steering cars actually could be a thing in post-apocalyptic Australia. Most of the right side cars from down under are really down under, now… like at the bottom of the South Pacific.
Maybe the world finally chose left side as a standard, since those are the only ones available. Maybe there’s only one manufacturing plant that has restarted production, and it’s more efficient to only build one type.
Maybe I’m getting too drawn in to this world you’ve created, and I’m losing touch with actual reality. XD
